We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable ACCOUNTANT to join our finance team. The successful candidate will provide vital support in daily financial operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build their accounting career in a structured and Professional environment.
KEY DUTIES.
• Bookkeeping and data verification.
• Tax computation and processing.
• Revenue verification & payment processing.
• Fixed Assets maintenance & recording.
• Review & correct inconsistencies in financial entries.
• Reconciling of collections, General Ledger and bank accounts on daily basis.
• Assist in Budgeting, Cashflow, Financial & Management Reporting.
• Annual Audit support.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma in Accounting
2. Minimum 2 years' work experience in a financial background.
3. Must have work experience in Tax computation and filing.
4. Experience in use of QuickBooks.
5. Competent in use of MS. Office package, especially MS. Excel.
6. Good organizational, planning and time management skill.
7. Able to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
8. Good communication skills both in Dhivehi and English.
Remuneration: MVR 13,000 per month
