Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
Handle daily sales, purchases, receivables, and payables
Manage inventory and stock reconciliation
Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
Handle payroll, staff advances, and loans
Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
Ensure tax compliance and regulatory reporting
Support guest house revenue reconciliation and wholesale billing
🔹 Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum [3] years of relevant experience
Knowledge of accounting software (Odoo / QuickBooks – preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in guest house, retail, or wholesale accounting is an advantage
