POST: ACCOUNTS ASSISSTANT (Maldivian Only)
Job Description
• We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
Make day-today entries to QB, and make necessary financial reports
Invoicing and Communication with Clients
Bank Reconciliations and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Work with Accountant and other relevant staff to complete the internal Audits and yearly Financials reports.
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in the related field.
• Knowledge in QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of double entry bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
