Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, email correspondence, and scheduling.
- Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Record, track, and monitor company expenses and payments.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, vendor communication, and follow-ups.
- Maintain supplier records and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation.
- Support general office operations and coordination between departments.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Previous experience in admin or marketing.

Salary: MVR 10,000 – 12,000
