We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and can handle a variety of administrative duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
● Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
● Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
● Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and memos.
● Maintain office files, databases, and ensure records are up-to-date.
● Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
● Greet and assist visitors in the office.
● Support management with various administrative tasks and projects.
● Handle any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
● High school diploma or equivalent required, additional qualifications will be a plus.
