Job Overview:
- We are seeking an Assistant IT Manager at Oaga Art Resort. This role is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of IT systems throughout the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assure, install, operate and maintain computer networks and communication systems.
- Assist in day-to-day support for all IT systems, business systems, office systems, and telephony.
- Maintain infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.
- Support staff and ensure secure and efficient IT operations aligned with hospitality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality/resort environment.
- Knowledge of PMS, POS, and hotel systems.
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
