We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team at Altec Maldives Private Limited.
Assistant Manager, Human Resource and Admin
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Possesses a Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Maldives Employment Act and Xpat system.
• Experience of handling recruitment, expatriate documentation and HR administration.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse, multicultural team.
Responsibilities:
• Support the management in implementing and monitoring HR strategies, policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
• Manage day to day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations and disciplinary process.
• Maintain expatriate documentation and accurate employee records and processing visa.
• Preparing and processing of salaries.
• Organizing training and development programs.
• Recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance.
Salary: MVR 18,000.00 to 22,000.00 based on qualification and experience.
