• Prepare purchase order and local purchases for the items required
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supply department to ensure proper storage
• Coordinating tasks with the Operations Coordinator
Qualifications:
• Work experience of 3 to 4 years in the construction industry or related field
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• O’Level completed or above.
