Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Boat Captain to ensure the safety of passengers and crew in the Maldives. The ideal candidate is reliable and skilled in vessel operations. Work location: Maldives. Salary: Not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew
- Operate vessels in compliance with safety standards
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains
- Maintain all boats as per company standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of resort experience required
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Must possess a positive attitude
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary
- Fixed Allowance
- Additional benefits include Overtime, Service Charge and Mobile Phone Allowance
