Job Overview:
- Silver Sands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boat Captain to ensure the safety of passengers and crew while operating vessels. The work location is in the Maldives. Salary details are not stated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety of passengers and crew
- Operate vessels reliably and safely
- Lead boat crews and assistant captains
- Maintain all boats per company standards
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- At least 1 year of resort experience required
- Valid inboard and outboard license required
- Coastal Navigation Level 2 certificate (Niyami) required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
- Must possess a positive attitude
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary
- Fixed Allowance
- Additional benefits include Overtime, Service Charge and Mobile Phone Allowance
