The role combines branding and sales leadership. On the branding side, it involves developing strategies aligned with business goals, defining brand identity, conducting market research, overseeing campaigns, managing budgets, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. The focus is on innovation, ROI, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
On the sales side, responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, setting targets, forecasting performance, analyzing sales data, and driving customer acquisition. The role also covers team management—recruiting, training, motivating, and reviewing performance—while maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and expanding market share through new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or other professional course in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in related roles in FMCG.
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
