Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand strategies and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, market share, and growth for our FMCG product lines. Based in Malé, Maldives, the Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in developing brand identity, strengthening market positioning, and launching impactful campaigns tailored to local and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies for assigned FMCG categories to achieve business objectives.

Plan and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL & digital).

Conduct market research and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Monitor brand performance metrics, sales data, and competitor activities; provide strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure brand consistency.

Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign development and execution.

Ensure effective product launches and promotional campaigns in alignment with sales goals.

Oversee packaging design, POS materials, and visual merchandising to ensure brand coherence.

Manage the brand budget effectively and track ROI of marketing activities.

Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and customer engagements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is an advantage.

4+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG sector is a plus

Proven track record in successful brand campaigns and product launches.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with the Maldivian market and consumer behavior is preferred.
