Call Center Representative
The Role:
✔ Deliver professional, clear, and courteous communication
✔ Resolve customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service
✔ Use CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records
What You'll Need
✔ Minimum of 3 O-Level or A-Level passes.
✔ Relevant customer service experience and strong communication skills.
✔ Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
✔ Candidates aged 25 and above are preferred.
