Overview of role:
The role will involve providing Cargo Operations and Customer Service Functions including interaction with Customers and will also secure proper Operational and Customer Service support while ensuring full compliance at all times with all Safety and Security Regulations and Procedures.
Key deliverables include:
• Air Cargo Reservation Management.
• Use effective communication skills and sale techniques to help our customers.
• Provide post booking support.
• Manage escalations via your Cargo Support team and other internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with Local Ground Handling Agents and with SIA Cargo Department.
• Cargo Operations Management.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
• High school Certificate (Advance Level).
• Knowledge of IATA/TACT and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
• Computer Literate and command of English language.
• At least 01 year of experience working in the same capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
