Job Role :
* Oversee and manage the interior work projects.
* Estimate materials and prepare quotations as necessary to perform assigned duties and tasks.
* Maintains paperwork as necessary for the operation of the carpentry department (may include time sheets, purchase orders, work orders etc.)
Qualification:
* Professional qualification related to the field would be an added advantage.
* Minimum 3 yrs. proven working experience in a Supervisory role.
* Excellent comminications skills in Dhivehi & English.
* Knowledge of interior design applications would be an added advantage.
Skill & Abilities:
* Excellent leadership skills, self-confidence with a positive attitude at all times.
* Able to read, interpret and work from plans and blueprints, drawings and specifications.
* Pleasant personality.
* Punctual, able to manage time well.
Monthly remuneration: MVR 15,000 - 20,000 (Based on experience)
