We are looking for self-motivated & dynamic candidates to fulfill the post of cashiers for our shop (Lotus Bazaar Fihaara). If you're ready to dive into a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities, apply now!
Scope of Work:
• Greeting customers.
• 01-02 years of retail experience preferred.
• Collect payments by accepting cash, cheque, or online payment.
• Resolve customer issues and answers questions.
• Knowledge of understanding sales principles and customer service practices.
• Keep up to date with product information, accurately describe product features and
benefits.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations.
• Fluently speak and write in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
• Above 18 years.
• Proven experience as a cashier in retail and wholesale category.
• 01-02 years of retail experience preferred as a cashier.
• Must be proficient in both speaking and writing English and possess great communication abilities.
• Basic Computer skills. (Using Microsoft Office, POS, Printer, etc....)
• Should be flexible, self-motivated, hardworking, disciplined and with a high level of positive energy.
• Should be able to work on both shift basis and fulltime.
Bonus points for:
•Experience in the admin field.
