We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, goals, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client requirements.
Monitor and manage client feedback to continuously improve the quality of service provided.
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on campaign performance and project progress.
Maintain a high level of client retention.
Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry-related functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role in the marketing, advertising, or communications industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate client needs.
Experience in managing client expectations and delivering against deadlines.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
