We are looking for an energetic and goal oriented individual to fill the post of Country Manager for Lalizas Maldives Pvt. Ltd. The company deals import and sale of quality marine equipment from Lalizas (Greece) under franchise.
Job Description: As the Country Manager, you will be expected to ensure the smooth running of the operations of Lalizas Maldives Pvt. Ltd.
Other responsibilities include:
• Generate qualified sales leads by increasing customer base.
• Come up with plans to generate sales and execute these plans effectively.
• Effectively communicate the correct solution/product for their needs and explain the benefits of that solution/product.
• Identify selling products
• Log data daily to maintain high customer service levels. (CRM)
• Maintain customer relations
• Follow customer’s requirements and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Organize, secure and maintain inventory (reconcile physical stock)
• Achieve Quarterly Sales targets.
• Generate sales, stock and customer reports for management and Greece HQ.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Inventory Management or any relevant fields will be an added advantage.
Education
• GCE O’Level 5 passes or A‘Level 02 passes (Grade C & above). OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business or any relevant field. OR
• MBA
Skills
• Clear and empathetic communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients
• Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products
• Motivation to take the initiative to approach potential customers/clients
• Visionary qualities to work with Lalizas Maldives Pvt. Ltd. to set and surpass realistic goals
Other skills
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS applications.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality.
• Should have capacity in taking the responsibility and work independently.
Working Conditions:
• Office environment
• Expected to conduct meetings
• Attend events and promotions
Work Hours
• 8-hour shift
• 9am – 6pm with break from 2-4pm
• Weekdays except Friday
Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 depending on qualification & experience. (10,000 – 13,000 during 3 months probation)
