Favala B2B is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage and grow relationships with our business clients while supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Reach out to B2B customers through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
🔹Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
🔹Identify new B2B leads and support sales growth
🔹Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate orders and deliveries
🔹Maintain proper customer records and prepare basic reports
Requirements:
🔹Minimum O-Level (all passes)
🔹Experience in sales, customer service, or B2B relations is an advantage
🔹Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
🔹Proficient in Google Workspace
🔹Organized, reliable, and committed
