Customer Relations Officers (Female)

Main Responsibilities:

🔹Assist Customers in relation to customer queries by using phone conversations and face to face discussions.
🔹Accepting and handling cash from products according to contract.
🔹Interact with customers in a positive and confident manner to achieve given objectives.
🔹Completion of sales and assigned tasks on day-to-day basis.
🔹Identify and asses the customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
🔹Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using right methods.
🔹Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
🔹Follow up and update customers on requests and issues raised.
🔹Provisioning of services where required by the campaign.
🔹Work as a team player and foster team spirit among work colleagues.
🔹Provide assistance to other team members as and when required.

Minimum Requirements:

🔹GCE O' Level 3 passes OR MNQF level 3 certificate in a related field
🔹Previous Experience in a related field will be an advantage.
🔹Fluent in spoken & writing Dhivehi & English.
🔹Adequate knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
