Job Role
Collaborate with principal / agents/ customers and local authorities and internal teams to facilitate smooth operation in handling air / sea freight shipments documentation (imports and exports).
Reporting documents to authorities and local agents.
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders on delivery/transfer of documents.
Maintain professional and effective communication with all the stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements
GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications
Minimum one year experience in customer service or related field (preferably in logistics)
Good command in Dhivehi & English
Demonstrable interpersonal skills
Computer Literacy and good at handling e-mails
