We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our call center team as Customer Support Representatives. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties: Shift duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Taking customer orders and logging them on the system.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively.
- Managing online orders via 1612.mv
Requirements:
- Age between 18-30
- Completed GCE O'levels
- At least one year experience in a similar job
- Able to work under pressure
- Computer Literacy

Salary:
- Basic Salary: MVR 5,500.00
- Other Allowances: MVR 5,042.00
