DIRECTOR PROGRAMME

Job Overview:
- The Society for Health Education (SHE) is seeking a dynamic, values-driven, and experienced professional to lead its Program Department as Director Program. This role involves providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership across SHE’s program portfolio. Salary range is MRF 11,120.00 – 14,490.00, working location is not stated, and there is one opening.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the Program Department.
- Align SHE’s program with organizational strategy and national priorities.
- Drive program innovation and adaptation.
- Serve as Head of Department for Program staff.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) systems.
- Oversee compliance with donor agreements and organizational policies.
- Represent SHE in relevant technical and policy forums.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in program leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and donor-funded projects.
- Maldivian national.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
