Job Overview:
- The Society for Health Education (SHE) is seeking a dynamic, values-driven, and experienced professional to lead its Sexual Reproductive Health Department as Director SRH. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of Sexual and Reproductive Health programs. Work location is not stated, and there is 1 opening. Salary range is MRF 11,120.00 – 14,490.00 based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategic planning and development as a senior Management Team member.
- Ensure adherence to service guidelines, referral systems, and protocols.
- Plan and implement Sexual Reproductive Health Services.
- Participate in advocacy activities.
- Uphold and promote the organization’s values.
- Supervise nurses at the Family Planning Centre.
- Prepare and submit activity reports.
- Assess clients and ensure appropriate referrals.
- Manage medical stocks and equipment.
- Ensure data collection and analysis accuracy.
- Prepare write-ups on SRHR issues for IEC materials.
- Develop and review BCC strategies.
- Participate in radio and TV programs.
- Represent SHE in regional and national forums.
- Undertake relevant tasks assigned by CEO.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Public Health or Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant field.
- Must be a Maldivian.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent team player with people management experience.
- Pleasant personality.
- Target-oriented and adaptable.
- Ability to work extended hours and travel.
- Skills in planning and organizing.
- Proficient in producing business correspondence.
- Negotiation skills.
- Understanding of basic financial statements and work plans.
- Problem-solving skills.
