Job Title: Front Office Agent – 1 Position (Champa Central Hotel)

Qualification/requirements:
- A-level or O-level completion; some college or hospitality training preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to the following areas and activities. At management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
• Responsibilities:
• Guest Reception and Check-in/Check-out:
• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately, including verifying reservations, processing payments, and issuing room keys.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, local area, and attractions.
• Ensure accurate guest registration and data entry.
• Telephone and Communication:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate departments or taking messages.
• Handle email inquiries and reservations.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Reservations and Bookings:
• Take reservations over the phone, online, or in person.
• Manage room availability and optimize occupancy.
• Provide information on rates, room types, and hotel amenities.
• Process cancellations and modifications to reservations.
• Guest Services and Assistance:
• Provide concierge services, such as making restaurant reservations, arranging transportation, and providing local recommendations.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. • Assist guests with luggage and other requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Cash Handling and Billing:
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Reconcile daily cash drawers.
• Security and Safety:
• Maintain security protocols and ensure guest safety.
• Monitor lobby activity and report any suspicious behavior.
• Handle emergency situations according to hotel procedures.
• Other Duties:
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as filing, photocopying, and distributing mail.
• Maintain a logbook of important events and information.

Salary: An attractive Remunerations package (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
Official Working Hours: 8 Hour Shift Duty as per Rostered Schedule / 48 Hours a Week ______________________________________________________________________
