Job Title: Fuel Barge Captain
Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Captain to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising crew members, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high operational standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute delivery operations in accordance with instructions from the Operations Department.
- Conduct onboarding and familiarization for new crew members.
- Maintain and oversee accurate and up-to-date records.
- Carry out performance and probationary evaluations of crew members in coordination with the HR Department.
- Manage onboard medical supplies and administer first aid when required.
- Ensure routine maintenance of the vessel is conducted in a timely manner.
- Take full responsibility for the overall safety and security of the vessel.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure crew awareness of safety procedures and protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Niyami Certificate 2 (required)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a barge or vessel captain

- Salary: MVR 20,000
