Full-Time Lecturers (MAPS College)

Job Overview:
- MAPS College is seeking passionate, experienced and committed individuals for full-time lecturer positions in various subject areas, located at the college. Salary ranges from MVR 18,000 to 20,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Open Subject areas:
- Project Management
- Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Business administration & Management
- Human Resources Management
- Marketing Management
- Accounting

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures in designated subject areas
- Develop and assess coursework and exams
- Provide academic support to students
- Contribute to extra-curricular and co-curricular activities

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (master’s preferred for higher-level modules)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching or industry experience
- Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to support students both academically and personally
- Capable of contributing to assessments, course delivery, and academic life of the College

Remuneration:
- Salary ranges from MVR 18,000 to 20,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
