GODOWN SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily godown operations and warehouse staff.
Receive, check, and arrange incoming stock properly.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
Prepare goods for delivery and dispatch on time.
Ensure cleanliness and safety inside the godown area.
Monitor loading and unloading of goods.
Report damaged, missing, or expired items to management.
Coordinate with shop supervisors and office staff for stock requests.
Conduct regular stock counting and stock audits.
Ensure all company procedures are followed properly.
Skills Required:
Good leadership and team management.
Basic computer knowledge for stock records.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
