Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the Sales & Partnerships Team—driving sales strategy, building key partnerships with global travel agents, and expanding Zaha Travels’ market footprint. The role is responsible for overseeing all sales activities, handling inbound agent and customer inquiries, establishing strong industry relationships, and representing the company at trade shows and fairs worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
🔹Lead and manage the Sales Team, setting targets and providing continuous support.
🔹Develop & execute sales strategies to penetrate core regions including India, China, Russia, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Saudi Arabia, and the US.
🔹Represent the company at international trade fairs and travel exhibitions to grow agent partnerships.
🔹Build strong relationships with resorts, guesthouses, liveaboards, and travel operators to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
🔹Track team performance and provide coaching to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
🔹Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
🔹Work closely with the Operations Manager on overarching market positioning and growth strategy.
🔹Ensure qualified leads are seamlessly handed over to the Reservations Team for conversion.

Job Requirements
🔹Proven sales management or partnership development experience preferably within travel, tourism, or hospitality.
🔹Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
🔹Strong knowledge of global tourism markets and relevant travel-industry trends.
🔹Ability to lead high-performing teams under target-driven environments.
🔹Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking platforms.
🔹Ability to travel for trade shows, fairs, and client visits.
