HR & Admin Officer
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Officer. In this role, you will play a key role in managing both human resources and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities:

 Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
 Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and facilitating exit interviews.
 Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
 Manage expat work permit/visa & respective Embassy Related Matters.
 Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
 Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws.
 Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
 Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.

Requirements:

 Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
 Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
