HR & Admin Officer
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Officer. In this role, you will play a key role in managing both human resources and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and facilitating exit interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Manage expat work permit/visa & respective Embassy Related Matters.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
