About the role
Altec Maldives Pvt. Ltd. is a leading utility and construction projects company operating across the Maldives. We are seeking a motivated HR Officer to support our Human Resources and administrative functions company-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative functions
Assist in recruitment, screening and interview coordination
Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding
Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
Assist in drafting HR correspondence and communications
Assist with any other HR and admin tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Level or Diploma in HRM, Business Admin or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar HR or admin role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication in English and Dhivehi
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary MVR 8,000 – 11,000 based on qualifications and experience.
