Job Overview:
Altec Maldives Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR Officer to support their Human Resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
- Assist in recruitment, screening and interview coordination.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
- Assist in drafting HR correspondence and communications.
- Assist in Xpat process related documentation and record keeping.
- Assist with any other HR and admin tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Level or Diploma in HRM, Business Admin or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar HR or admin role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication in English and Dhivehi.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary is MVR 8,000 – 11,000 based on qualifications and experience.
