Key Responsibilities:
- Provisioning and configuring ICT systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining system availability.
- Ensuring adherence to Group Policies regarding ICT.
- Maintaining inventory of ICT systems.
- Safeguarding data confidentiality and information security.
- Providing technical guidance to team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
- Minimum one-year relevant industry experience.
- Professional certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, etc.
- Excellent command of Dhivehi and English.
- Technical skills in ICT.
- Problem-solving ability and capability to multi-task.
