Job Overview:
- TTS Group is seeking an IT Officer to manage and maintain Information & Communication Technology (ICT) systems. The role is focused on ensuring system availability and data security, and applicants should have a relevant background in IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provisioning, configuring, monitoring, upgrading, and maintaining ICT systems.
- Ensuring system availability and operational integrity.
- Adhering to Group Policies and procedures on ICT.
- Maintaining proper inventory of ICT systems.
- Safeguarding data confidentiality and information security.
- Providing guidance and sharing technical expertise with team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
- Minimum one-year relevant industry experience.
- Professional certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, etc.
- Excellent command in Dhivehi & English.
- Technical skills in ICT.
- Problem solving ability and capacity to multi-task and learn quickly.
