Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Management
- Maintain and monitor IT related equipment (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, etc.)
- Install and configure hardware and software
2. Technical Support
- Provide support to staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly
3. Maintenance & Upgrades
- Upgrade systems to improve performance and security
4. IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage IT equipment inventory
- Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently
6. Documentation
- Maintain records of IT systems, issues, and solutions
- Create user guides and technical documentation
7. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed
