JOB OPPORTUNITY: MARKETING COORDINATOR
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the design and execution of marketing strategies that support our sales and business growth.
SCOPE OF WORK:
• Design engaging ads for social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and strategic objectives, while using visual storytelling techniques to convey our brand through images and videos.
• Develop and execute original concepts for photo and video content, keeping creativity, brand consistency, and digital marketing goals in mind, and stay updated on the latest trends in graphic design, content creation, and marketing strategies.
• Incorporate emerging trends into campaigns, assist in defining the content calendar and strategy to ensure consistent, impactful content, and monitor competitor activities to provide insights that refine strategies for better sales performance.
• Analyze and evaluate MAPS College program information to enhance sales productivity and collaborate with the team to achieve company sales targets.
• Prepare PR content for media and actively engage in public relations activities.
• Provide sales support by reaching out to potential students and contribute to the execution of sales and marketing activities in line with company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma in Marketing with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar field.
• Experience in marketing, content creation, or design role, ideally with a focus on digital marketing and content production.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising trends.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency, storytelling techniques, and creative design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas.
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic and results-oriented approach.
REMUNERATION: MVR 12,000 – 15,000 (based on qualification and work experience)
