In this role, you will plan and execute marketing initiatives — from developing compelling brand campaigns to managing digital channels and creating content that showcases our elevator solutions across the Maldives. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams, as well as external partners, to craft targeted strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate quality leads, and position Ascensor as the partner of choice in the local market. Job Description

Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Create engaging content — including social media posts, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials — that effectively showcases Ascensor's products and services.
Manage and grow Ascensor's online presence, including social media platforms and website content.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive quality lead generation.
Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
Continuously develop expertise in marketing best practices within the elevator and built environment sector.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
- Proficiency in social media management and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of brand.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
