Network & ICT Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design and build the hospital's entire network from scratch including routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs for CCTV/telephones/medical devices, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) for cameras and phones.
- Install, configure, and manage the full IP CCTV system (cameras, NVRs, recording, remote viewing) and access control system (door access, card readers, restricted areas like ICU and pharmacy).
- Set up and maintain the hospital telephone system (VoIP PBX) including all desk phones, emergency lines, extension programming, and call routing for ambulance and critical departments.
- Plan, supervise, and certify all structured cabling (Cat6A/fiber optic), server racks, UPS backup, and proper labeling of every cable and port.
- Handle all day-to-day IT operations including troubleshooting network, camera, phone, and access control issues immediately with no backup IT team.
- Maintain backups, firmware updates, antivirus, and full documentation (passwords, IP addresses, configurations) so the hospital owns all technical records.
- Train hospital staff on basic use of phones, viewing CCTV footage, and using access control cards.
- Be available for on-call emergencies at any time because a hospital never closes and cannot afford downtime on security or phones.

Requirements:
- Hands-on work with IP networking (VLANs, PoE, firewalls), IP CCTV installation, VoIP phone systems (PBX), access control systems, and structured cabling.

Salary: MVR 18,000 – 25,000 (negotiable)
