Position: Office Supervisor
Location: Hulhumalé

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our office and sublets. This role requires a strong leader who can manage the team, identify operational challenges, and drive potential sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining high productivity, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in finding and resolving issues within the office and sublet operations while driving improvements and leading initiatives for better performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office and sublet tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges and inefficiencies in a timely manner.
- Lead, support, and motivate the office team to meet targets and maintain high performance.
- Actively search for and identify potential sales opportunities, contributing to business growth.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments and teams.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, schedules, and documentation.
- Support in implementing office policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and assist in any other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Previous experience in an administrative, supervisory, or sales role is preferred.
