- Examine and collect visa application documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Address customer/applicant queries via email, telephone, or in person.
- Accurately record and maintain application data in the system with zero errors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications.
- Experience in Travel Industry Would be an Added Advantage.
- Good Command in Dhivehi & English.
- Demonstrable Interpersonal Skills.
- Computer Literacy.
