Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support:
1. Assist the Operations Head in scheduling and coordinating fuel deliveries to ensure timely dispatch.
2. Assist in accurately and timely data entry related to customer orders, inventory, and deliveries.
3. Attend to customer orders and queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
4. Follow up on deliveries and address any logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations.
5. Coordinate with the delivery team and suppliers to ensure all operational activities are efficiently managed.
HR and Administrative Support:
1. Assist the HR Manager with immigration formalities, including preparing and submitting necessary documents for work permits and visas.
2. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and office management.
3. Attend to government authorities, when necessary, to complete HR and administrative processes.
4. Support in recruitment processes, such as assisting in job postings, scheduling interviews, managing employee records, and onboarding new employees.
5. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Qualification & Requirements:
1. Completed GCE A' Level education.
2. Previous experience in similar roles, especially in operations, administration, or HR, will be an advantage.
3. A valid driver’s license is essential, as occasional travel to government authorities for HR and administrative tasks may be required.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
