Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional to lead premium boat transfer operations at Smart Own Maldives Pvt Ltd in the Maldives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily boat transfer schedules, deployment, and seamless logistics.
- Supervise and train boat crews, maintenance staff, and office personnel while managing staff schedules and leave.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for luxury resort guests and collaborate regularly with resort management to align services.
- Enforce strict safety and environmental standards, manage operational budgets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in Operations Management, ideally in marine transport and hospitality.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.
- A high level of integrity and the ability to foster exceptional teamwork.
