Key Responsibilities:
Time & Attendance Management
• Monitor daily attendance for all employees and ensure biometric systems function properly.
• Prepare daily attendance reports for management.
• Track lateness, absenteeism, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
Leave Management
• Manage all types of leave (sick, annual, medical, emergency, etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Update accurate leave balances in the payroll system.
Payroll Processing
• Calculate and process salaries for local and expatriate employees (MVR/USD).
• Handle allowances, deductions, benefits, and expatriate packages.
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, and other payments.
• Ensure timely food allowance payments (before 5th monthly).
• Complete payroll on time and submit for HR Manager approval.
Payroll System Implementation
• Support payroll software implementation, including setup, testing, and training.
• Coordinate with IT/vendors and resolve system issues.
• Improve payroll processes using system capabilities.
Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Generate payroll reports and issue pay slips on time.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Handling over 1000 employee data base
