Job Overview:
- Society for Health Education (SHE) is seeking a Primary Healthcare Worker to provide Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) related services. The position is based in Male’ and includes openings for qualified candidates. The salary range is MRF 9,230.00 – 11,470.00, determined by qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SRH related activities in health trips & health education activities.
- Provide counselling on family planning and other SRH issues.
- Regular follow-up of clients during clinical duty.
- Participate in SRH activities for island visits and mobile family clinics.
- Prepare write-ups on SRH Issues for IEC Materials production.
- File and maintain correspondence & record-keeping.
- Ensure sufficient contraceptive stocks and correct storage and use of drugs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Primary Health care.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
- Registered under Maldives Allied Health council.
- Work experience in Sexual Reproductive Health is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and in multi-professional teams.
