Job Overview:
- Society for Health Education (SHE) is looking for a Primary Healthcare Worker to provide Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) related services to clients. The role is located in Male’ and islands as required. Salary range is MRF 9,230.00 – 11,470.00 depending on qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SRH related activities in health trips & education activities.
- Provide counselling on family planning and other SRH issues.
- Regular follow up of clients while on clinical duty.
- Participate in SRH activities for island visits and mobile family clinics.
- Identify and prepare write-ups on SRH issues for IEC materials.
- Maintain correspondence and records keeping.
- Ensure Contraceptive stocks and equipment are sufficient and stored correctly.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Primary Health care with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Registered under Maldives Allied Health council.
- Work experience in Sexual Reproductive Health is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
- Proven ability to work in different clinical settings.
- Capacity to handle pressure and take responsibility for actions.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range is MRF 9,230.00 – 11,470.00.
