PRIMARY HEALTHCARE WORKER

Job Overview:
- Society for Health Education (SHE) is looking for a Primary Healthcare Worker to provide Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) related services to clients. The role is located in Male’ and involves working on health trips and education activities. Salary range is MRF 9,230.00 – 11,470.00, determined based on qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate SRH related activities in multi-purpose health trips & general health education activities in Male’ and islands.
- Provide counselling on family planning and other SRH related issues.
- Conduct regular follow-ups of clients while on clinical duty.
- Participate in SRH related activities for island visits and mobile family clinics.
- Prepare write-ups on SRH issues for IEC materials.
- File & maintain applicable correspondence & records.
- Ensure sufficient contraceptive stocks and correct storage/use of drugs.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Primary Health care.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
- Registered under Maldives Allied Health council.
- Work experience in Sexual Reproductive Health is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
- Capacity to apply sound clinical knowledge and work effectively in multi-professional teams.
