Procurement & Data Entry Clerk
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Should have completed minimum O’ level or A’ level with credit
pass in 3 subjects including English.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in relevant field with QB knowledge
will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work independently - proactive and self-starter
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
Roles & Responsibilities
- Getting quotations from the relevant parties,
- Sending quotations to customers,
- Helping Logistics & Purchasing Assistant with purchases,
- Managing Vendors list,
- Weekly Stock reconciliation,
- Inventory management (Software stock and physical stock
reconciliation. New items entering.)
- Recording bills to accounting software,
- Entering GST Input amount into excel,
- Filing of all the documents,
- Delivering all the invoices,
- Preparing daily individual task report,
- Ad-hoc works,
- Handling accounts assistants work in case anyone is on leave,

Salary: An attractive Remunerations package (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday - 08:00am to 16:00pm
Saturday - 09:00am to 14:00pm.
