Job Overview:
- Society for Health Education (SHE) is seeking a suitable candidate for the Programme Officer role. The position requires strong organizational skills and a background in health, social sciences, or related fields. Locations and openings are not stated. Salary range is MRF 6,970.00-11,120.00, based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities with assigned agencies and specific programmes/projects.
- Assist in operational monitoring and coordination of programme/project related events.
- Support administrative operations and logistic tasks of programmatic activities.
- Assist in planning, developing, editing, producing, and disseminating project reports and communications.
- Identify funding opportunities and prepare proposals, concept notes, and necessary documents.
- Ensure timely delivery of programmes/project activities and reports.
- Develop and deliver programme reports and budget, and ensure documentation of all M&E activities.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the Director.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Social Science, Communication, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology, Project Management, or Accounting and Finance.
- Should be a Maldivian.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a project is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Corel Draw.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
- Able to understand basic financial statements and work plans.
- Focused and target oriented.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Willing and able to travel when required.
