Sales and Marketing Coordinator - 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
• Execute marketing campaigns, maintain social media accounts, and create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Support the achievement of organizational sales goals and business objectives through effective marketing coordination.
• Research competitor activities and market trends and prepare reports to support business development.
• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.) with project milestones, completed builds, and sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor social media engagement and provide insights to improve online visibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with client and project information.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates for management.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and events to meet with vendors, clients, and potential customers.
• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral, trade show displays, and advertising materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• At least 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Higher National Diploma, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• A team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results driven
