Oasis Properties Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing real estate company specializing in premium residential properties. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote our residential properties.
• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to generate leads and drive property sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and trends in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project development team to ensure effective communication and marketing alignment.
• Oversee the preparation of promotional materials, sales presentations, and advertising.
• Organize and manage property viewings, open houses, and other client-facing events.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, and real estate advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and other marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the Maldivian real estate market is an advantage.
